Tasting Notes

This wine has distinct citrus aromas of lemon and lime with a slight mineral character.

On the palate it has a touch of sweetness that helps to balance out the crisp acidity.

Food Pairing: Because of the citrus character, it would be a great match for a light
fish dish such as local pickerel. It would also pair well with a mild cheese and fruit plate.

"The aromas resemble the richness of a Riesling Icewine like raisins and dates with some very subtle Prince Edward County minerality on the back palate. Huge flavours of fresh clementines with balance and an excellent finish." - Shari Darling, Peterborough Examiner

"A pretty, mouth-watering white with aromas of lime and white peach. Terrific aperitif or accompaniment to many dishes. Pair with: light fish dish, pickerel, mild cheese, fruit plate" - Natalie McLean, The County Grapevine
