Scottish Shortbread

1 cup Butter
2 cups Brown sugar
4 cups flour
dash vanilla

Preheat over to 325F.
Cream together softened butter and sugar. Stir in flour one cup at a time. Sprinkle flour on surface and roll out dough until it's about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Slice, and prick with fork. Bake 30 minutes.
