The Vineyard
- Hillier Creek Estates is comprised of 50 acres; 25 of which are planted.
- We grow vitis vinifera varietals Gamay, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling.
- Our 27,000 plants were planted in 2002, 2003, and 2004.
- Our newest planting is two acres of the Canadian hybrid Vidal.
- Our current production is 25 tonnes, for a production of 30,000 bottles per year.
